## PREAMBLE

Welcome to the Cognitive Orchestration System (COS™) ecosystem developed by PT. Arproyek Evognitive Intelligence.

This Terms and Conditions document (the "Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you (the "User", "You") and Arproyek. By accessing, registering, or using Our platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the entire contents of this Agreement without exception. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you are prohibited from using Our services.

## ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Service: Refers to the software, AI interfaces (ArVI/ArGI), and cognitive tracking infrastructure (COS) provided by Arproyek.

2. User: Individuals (students, researchers, or academics) who use the Service, either independently or through affiliation with an Educational Institution.

3. Cognitive Vector (V\_cog): Arproyek's proprietary algorithm tasked with measuring, analyzing, and verifying the level of originality and reasoning effort (cognitive effort) of the User in producing a written or academic output.

## ARTICLE 2: COGNITIVE ANALYSIS CONSENT (EXPLICIT CONSENT)

As an absolute prerequisite for using this Service, you consciously and voluntarily GRANT LEGAL CONSENT to Arproyek to:

1. Run the V\_cog algorithm in the background while you interact with the Service.

2. Track, record, and analyze your cognitive telemetry data (including typing dynamics, focus time, navigation patterns, and prompt interactions) as detailed in Our Privacy Policy.

3. Generate an "Academic Integrity Score" based on the V\_cog analysis, which can be accessed by you and/or submitted to your Lecturer/Educational Institution (if you are registered via an Institutional license) as evidence of the authenticity of your thought process.

You acknowledge that this Service is designed to prove that you are not committing academic misconduct by passively using AI. Therefore, this tracking is essential and cannot be disabled.

## ARTICLE 3: ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree to use the Service only as an augmentation tool for reason, not as a substitute tool for the thought process. You SHALL NOT:

1. Use bots, macros, third-party browser extensions, auto-typers, or any automation software to manipulate, falsify, or deceive the V\_cog telemetry tracking.

2. Share your account credentials with other parties (proxies/third parties), or grant remote control access (Remote Desktop, Screen Sharing, AnyDesk, etc.) to other parties on your device while using the Service to complete assignments on your behalf.

3. Use the Service to generate content that violates the law, infringes third-party copyrights, or spreads hoaxes.

4. Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or infiltrate Arproyek's algorithm sandbox.

5. AI Output Exploitation: Extract, scrape, or use telemetry data, AI responses, or Our system logic to train third-party artificial intelligence models or create a bypass system/AI humanizer.

Any forensic anomaly detected by Our system shall be automatically flagged as an "Integrity Violation."

## ARTICLE 4: DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

THIS CLAUSE IS AN ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

1. System Misuse: Arproyek provides an integrity-based artificial intelligence technology infrastructure. Should you misuse this Service to commit plagiarism, data fabrication, academic manipulation, or other ethical violations, this shall be your personal legal and moral responsibility. Arproyek is released from all legal claims arising from such misuse.

2. Academic Sanctions: Arproyek shall not be liable and cannot be sued for any form of academic sanction (such as low grades, cancellation of diplomas, or Drop Out/DO) imposed by the Educational Institution upon you, whether resulting from a low V\_cog score report or the detection of anomalies/fraud within Our system.

3. No Guarantee of Success: Arproyek provides no assurance, representation, or warranty that the use of this Service will result in a specific academic grade, graduation, or journal acceptance.

4. AI Accuracy: Given the inherent nature of Generative AI which can experience data hallucination, you are solely and absolutely responsible for verifying all facts, references, and claims generated by the Service before submitting them as your academic work.

## ARTICLE 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR) & OUTPUT INTEGRITY

1. Arproyek Ownership: All systems, the V\_cog algorithm, interface design, source code, and trademarks of Arproyek are the exclusive property of PT. Arproyek Evognitive Intelligence and are protected by the Copyright and Patent Laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. User Ownership: You retain the copyright over the original input (written work/data) that you enter into the system, as well as the final output that you have synthesized, subject to academic validity at your Institution.

3. Prohibition Against Watermark Tampering: Arproyek systematically embeds a cryptographic watermark or hidden metadata into document outputs for the purpose of academic integrity tracking. You are strictly prohibited from deleting, modifying, using metadata stripper tools, or damaging this digital trace. Any attempt to remove the watermark shall be deemed an admission of academic dishonesty.

## ARTICLE 6: SANCTIONS, ACCESS TERMINATION, AND FINANCIAL POLICY

Arproyek reserves the absolute and unilateral right to suspend, lock, or permanently delete your account without prior notice if the system detects:

1. An attempt to manipulate V\_cog telemetry or any other violation as stipulated in Article 3 and Article 5.

2. An official report from an Educational Institution regarding ethical violations committed by you using Our platform.

Refund Policy (Anti-Chargeback): Access termination due to violation of this Code of Ethics or Terms of Use shall be conducted without any obligation for a refund (no refund policy) for any subscription fees already paid. Should you initiate a forced fund withdrawal (*chargeback*) through a bank or credit card provider after your account is suspended for a violation (fraud), Arproyek reserves the right to report such financial fraud and attach log evidence of your academic violation directly to the authorities of your Educational Institution as a form of legal dispute defense.

## ARTICLE 7: GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any legal claim, dispute, or court proceeding against Arproyek related to the use of the Service MAY ONLY be brought in your individual capacity, and you waive your right to participate as a representative or member in any class action lawsuit.

3. Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through deliberation. Failing consensus, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for dispute resolution shall be the District Court of South Jakarta.

By creating an account or logging in to the Arproyek system, you affirm: "I have read, understood the legal consequences, agree to the disclaimer of liability, and grant permission for cognitive tracking (V\_cog) as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions."
